What happens now?

Your information has been added into a ticket, which will shortly be accepted by one of our customer service staff

You should now receive a confirmation email from our ticket system. If you do not, then please check your spam folder and whitelist our email address

We will deal with your ticket within 1 working day, although typical times are much faster

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If your enquiry has been submitted outside these times, it will be dealt with at the next available opportunity during office hours.

When we're working on your ticket

Please note that we will not continue to email you to tell you that we do not have an update.

We will investigate where necessary and contact you to advise, when we have the information to hand.

  • Packing mistakes and damaged items - If you have submitted photos with your enquiry, we generally resolve these enquiries the same working day

  • Delayed deliveries - Please allow us the time required to contact the courier, and trace your item. At times, this can take more than one day although we always strive to deal with enquiries as quickly as possible.
